Join us for our dynamic classes offered five times a week!
Experience “Circuit Warriors,” an intensity hardcore workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19:00 to 19:45. For a moderate challenge, try our Hyrox-style sessions on Mondays, also from 19:00 to 19:45. On Saturdays at 9:00 to 9:45, we offer a Spin class with a touch of AMRAP, designed to get your heart rate pumping.
Classes are just £6 each or included in our premium Classes membership for £45. There’s no need to book, just come along, meet our trainers, get ready to elevate your fitness and have a lot of fun doing it!
